All bookings, contracts and invoices between you (referred to below as 'the company') and Trebor Media (Design) ltd are subject to the following legally binding terms and conditions.

Signing of a confirmation order for advertising space, exhibitions space or sponsorship represents a binding commitment between the company signing and Trebor Media (Design) ltd. All companies booking space / sponsorships acknowledge and agree to adhere to the payment terms outlined below and on the confirmation order.

With regards to exhibition space, the company by signing the contract agrees to pay 50% of the floor space and booth cost within 21 days of booking and the remaining 50% no later than two calendar months before the event. These timescales also apply to any company booking sponsorship packages at events organised by Trebor Media (Design) ltd.

With regards to advertising space, the company by signing the contract agrees to pay the full cost of the advertising space booked upon receipt of their invoice which will be sent out once the publication concerned has been printed.

Where required by UK or EU law VAT will be added to invoices for advertising, exhibition space and sponsorship packages. The above payment schedules apply to all booking confirmations sent by the company and received by Trebor Media (Design) Ltd whether received by fax, post or email.

Trebor Media (Design) Ltd must receive all cancellations in writing prior to the event or in the case of a magazine, publication.

Any deposit payments ( 50% of total due) received for exhibition space / booth costs or sponsorship packages are non refundable. If an exhibitor cancels their booking for floor space/booth costs or sponsorship packages more than two calendar months before the event is due to start then they will not be liable for the second and final payment. Companies will however be liable for full payment of their outstanding floor space balance (remaining 50% of total due) for any cancellation received less than two calendar months before the start of the event.

With regard to cancellations received for advertising space in a publication the company accepts that any cancellation submitted (in writing) less than one month before publication will leave it liable for full payment of the advertising space booked. Cancellations from the company received (in writing) more than one calendar month before publication will remove any liability the company has to pay the full cost of the advertisements booked.

If for some reason an event does not take place then Trebor Media (Design) Ltd will return any deposits received however Trebor Media (Design) Ltd reserves the right to change the location and/or date of the event should unforeseen circumstances arise.

Clearly Trebor media (Design) Ltd is committed to dealing urgently with any problems its customers may be having. Should you have a problem or complaint please contact us and we will endeavour to deal with your problem as soon as possible.

Information received by companies or individuals in relation to our publications or events will not be passed on to any third party. Trebor Media (Design) Ltd does sell or pass on details of those registering for its publications or attending its events to other companies. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your agreement. You can check the information that we have about you by emailing us. If you find any mistakes please let us know and we will delete or correct it for you. Like many companies we may make use of technology with regard to storing information on visitors to our websites. This can include using a 'cookie' which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your internet browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your internet browser settings.

Trebor Media (Design) Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. All information will be collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
